Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the stationery items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RA code inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Shibuya

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
